Part time position with flexible scheduling, approximately 16 hours/wk
Assist IT department with: Project schedules and other project documentation preparation and update. Project meeting agendas and minutes. Update and management of various project lists including Risk and Issues Lists. Follow-up of action items. Scheduling of meetings using Outlook Change Control Board Meeting agendas, minutes and action item follow-up. Managing of IT projects Project and departmental filing Misc. administrative tasks and project activities as required by Senior Director, IT and Production Services and/or Director of Software Development.
