Job Description

SelectHealth is seeking a motivated individual for an exciting opportunity as a Project/Business Analyst. 

Job Essentials

• Supports Program and Process Management Office (PPMO) team by coordinating meetings, recording minutes and tracking action items.  Includes support for large project administration and general team organization.  
• Provides CA Clarity administrative support and manages maintenance requests.  Coordinates system administration with Intermountain PMO.
• Manages small to medium size projects.  (Following established PPMO processes and tools.)
• Administers project management forms, templates, process documentation and revisions.
• Coordinates reporting of weekly and monthly project data.  Develops project reports.
• Manages PPMO and Management Team SharePoint sites.

This position will work with confidential and proprietary information that requires a signed IT Employee Invention and Confidentiality Agreement upon hire.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business field -OR- two or more years of experience in health care, business/project analysis or project management.  Intermountain Healthcare verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.
• Intermediate skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
• Ability to design and run basic queries and reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the basic types of information used in a health care environment and how data is produced, consumed, and transformed
• Knowledge of SelectHealth products, services and operations
• Facets experience
