Title: Project Lead - Application Development Location: INDIA-NOIDAOverall Role purpose:Coding/Code Management - Re-use components available in the practice frameworks (Shocks, HEMI) and strive for maintainability and efficiency when building code. Always use applicable coding, naming, packaging and deployment standards and best practices. Consistently use code management processes and tools to avoid versioning problems. Submit code for peer review and ensure that unit tests sufficiently exercise all code before handing off to QA analysts. Project Management - Develop estimates of tasks and resources to complete design, construction and testing efforts. When require, build work plans that allow enough time for each stage of the process: design, development, configuration, testing, documentation, migration and contingencies while following the project management process guidelines. During development and testing, keep assigned tasks on schedule and work with project managers and technical leads to communicate scope changes and potentially adjust resources and deadlines accordingly. Keep project managers and technical leads informed regarding schedules, availability, and status information. Expert Resource and Coaching - Act as a technical subject matter expert for the team on system functionality and approach, including solving systems operational issues and performance problems. Coach team members about the system, workflow and processes and work to build their skills both informally and through information shares and classes. Review deliverables from less experienced developers and participate in code and design reviews. Actively assist with project and code-level problem solving and operational supportKey Accountibilities and Responsibilities:Technology:Leverages hands-on experience in development methodology, structured programs, vendor utilities, coding, object oriented design methodologies, high level programming languages, application-level firewalls, business applications/component design, and analysis to test application ple:Functions as an active member of the development team in all phases of the project.
