DUTIES: The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading multiple projects, maintaining a transparent view of initiatives and coordinating across Turner groups. - Prepares project plans, including statements of work, and task timelines - Monitors and maintains project scope, and communicates status of scope to all team members - Manages project communication, including preparing the communication plan, conducting key project meetings and distributing written updates regularly - Ensures that client expectations are managed, in partnership with product managers and technical managers - Prepares project budget, tracks actual expenditures against it, and reports on project financial status regularly - Responsible for issue reporting, escalation and resolution - Performs continual risk identification, assessment, communication and mitigation - Articulates clear direction for team activity - Maintains the proper level of coordination across all initiatives - Maintains information about projects in Clarity portfolio management system - Assists management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, overseeing process improvement initiatives, or other responsibilities as requested.
Duties: The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering large scale interactive projects from start to completion, assuming responsibility for customer satisfaction and day-to-day management of all projects. These responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and maintaining the project scope, task timeline, operating budget, coordinating with technical teams, and overall quality of the resulting deliverable. Responsible for support of and compliance with the Turner Broadcasting's Audience & Multiplatform Technologies group framework and its process and procedures.
