Duties and Responsibilities:

• Parson's Advisory and Assistance Services contract will include support to Air Force District of Washington,
  
• PM will be collocated with our two primes in an office in Alexandria, VA. (Alternatively, the PM could be in the Cubic's Hampton, VA office where the Deputy PM and Contracting will be.) The main effort on proposals will be in their Kingstowne office in Alexandria and much of the work to be in the National Capitol Region.
  
• The Project Manager will be responsible for on-site coordination and client relations with the user, as well as the end-client.
  
• Responsible for P&L of Parsons portion of this project.
  
• Assists in the proposal and capture of this contract through client meetings and proposal
  

Qualifications:
Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in running multiple IDIQ contracts a large, complex, and comprehensive facility operations and maintenance contract with P&L and budget responsibilities.
• Requires specific experience at US Government facilities/ installation(s)
• Miilitary or similar experience is desired.
• Parsons Project Management Certified
• Significant IDIQ proposal experience is highly desired.
• 4 year degree in engineering or related technical field.
