Position Responsibilities ?Document and analyze business process in order to identify opportunities for productivity improvements primarily at Hardings Fabrication Plant ? Implement supply chain productivity initiatives ? Implement and maintain inventory accuracy control through cycle counts and process improvements ? Participate in the design, planning, implementation and maintaining of business processes ? Drive continuous improvement programs across the supply chain ? Leverage Lean methodologies to identify opportunities for productivity improvement ? Assess business process for compliance to value stream maps, procedures, metrics
Sr Project Manager E Level - additional responsibilities: ? Analyze, evaluate, recommend, and implement business process improvements that improve supply chain productivity
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
General Experience ? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, influence, and establish a good rapport with all levels of employees and customers ? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities ? Understanding of inventory control methodologies ? Strong analytical and organizational ability ? Strong project management skills ? Project Manager Materials D level - In addition to General Experience above: 3 years related to materials, inventory, or Lean experience preferred Experience in some aspect of supply chain management preferred Proven ability to effectively interface and communicate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Sr. Project Manager E Level - In addition to General Experience above 5 years related to materials, inventory, or Lean experience required ? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, influence, and establish a good rapport with all levels of employees and customers ? Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies ? Self directed with a high level of initiative ? The ability to organize and analyze all forms of business process information ? Strong analytical and organizational ability to develop and implement solutions to technical issues required to execute complex projects ? Strong project management skills, including facilitation of teams
