JOB TITLE:Project Manager-Software Engineering II Period:6 months Location: San Jose,CA
Candidates must be able to work on Kelly's W2.
Description .Develop detailed project plan s related to assigned initiatives .Provide day-to-day project management expertise for multiple projects .Act as project team member in identifying and developing Mobile requirements .Participate in the analysis and planning related to projects .Facilitate dialogue with the various department stake holders to understand and document project requests. .Manage projects to successful On Time/On Scope/On Budget delivery .Manage delivery of critical items from related subject matter experts or business unit stake holders. .Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the project .Provide appropriate feedback for course-correction on methodology to team leads and management .Manage the communication between the different groups and stake holders involved in a project. .Preparation and delivery of presentations in support of senior management presentations .Provide continuous project status updates to all project stake holders. .Resource and capacity planning to support delivery roadmap .Work closely with product management engineering teams to prioritize projects .Help to build operational processes to drive efficiencies across the different product lines .Drive the product development lifecycle, including facilitating execution of major deliverables Product Requirements, Technical Design Documents, engagements with other Product Development teams, Quality Assurance Testing, Deployment Readiness, etc. .Identifying Issues and Risks, and handling escalations as required .Engagement with Site Operations to prioritize release schedule .Manage inter-company dependencies with other groups within PayPal and eBay .Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, 3rd party vendors, and San Jose eBay/PayPal teams as necessary .Facilitate negotiations and agreements with other eBay, Inc. properties .Develop key messages for Executive Escalation on projects, when required .Assist with release planning for yearly planning process
