Avaya Government Solutions
has an opening for a Project Support Analyst 2 located in Montgomery,
AL.
Provide information systemsengineeringand informationtechnology support servicesto Air Force Systems
Networking (AFSN). Support will be provided under individual task
orders of the AFSNcontract, and will include engineering related
activities in support of all aspects of information and communication
systems. Support will be required for the full life cycle of AFSN
projects to include planning, design, development, engineering,
implementation, procurement, logistics, evaluation, test,
sustainment, and ancillary services.
* Under general direction,
interprets and composes complex correspondence and presentations to
include charts and diagrams directly supporting the DoD Enterprise
infrastructure, IT goals and projects.
* Applies effective networking
skills to carry out job responsibilities.
* Gathers pertinent information
from a variety of sources to perform duties.
* Resolves administrative
issues/problems that arise and recommend process improvements.
* Ensures timely completion of
multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects of moderate
complexity.
* Coordinates multiple work
projects and other responsibilities (i.e. Training/ status reporting,
etc.).
* Some duties may be considered
special assignments particular to either the department or
manager.
* Prepares reports and
correspondence from information gathered to support the entire
effort.
* Interprets and applies standard
policies and procedures to respond to complex inquiries, and to
resolve issues.

Requirements
Education:Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Experience:5-10 yrs

Education/Experience: Bachelor's&
nbsp;Degree or equivalentwith 7
years of project management experience is required.
* Minimum of 7 years of project management experience is
required. Experience must include: word processing, spreadsheet
usage, data entry operations, and typical office procedures.
* Experience is required in military administrative procedures
and be familiar with U.S. Army correspondence requirements.
* Working knowledge of industry standard office automation
tools is required
Security Clearance:
Secret or the ability to obtain secret Clearance
