Job Description:
This utility position will be responsible for the administrative and logistical support for the Information Technology Management team and will also be responsible for the compilation of IT performance metrics, managing key support/maintenance agreements, administering Telecomm billing, and will liaise with Finance to address cost center variances and budget planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

? Design, create, and disseminate critical IT scorecard KPI?s
? Draft statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested
? Serve as the owner and main point of contact for all billing administration/inquiries, specifically Telecomm billing for our tower leases, mobile, local/long distance carriers, and IP. This includes statement reconciliation, fraud monitoring, and billing accuracy
? Serve in various project roles as needed including scribe, project coordinator, etc.
? Initiate, monitor, track and reconcile all purchase orders
? Responsible for ensuring communication and IT adherence to all corporate purchasing policies
? Assist with the procurement of IT equipment including gaining competitive bids, order placement, shipment tracking, and initial asset verification
? Liaise with Finance to address cost center discrepancies identified by the management team
? Liaise with Legal to ensure all originally executed agreements (SOW?s, MSA?s, Support, Maintenance) reside in Legal and a copy is kept on file within IT
? Ensure reporting of asset management, including but not limited to licenses, hardware, and software. Communicate any required action to respective management staff proactively
? Track and report all vacation, sick and personal time off for the department
? Tracking, renewal, and procurement of certificates, domains, other .com accounts
? Book travel for all department members
? Administrative support as requested by management

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCES:

? 2-4 years? work experience in one or more of the following areas
1. Procurement
2. Finance / accounting
3. Office management
4. Project management
? Cost report building experience preferred
? Demonstrated experience with vendor management a plus

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
? ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification a plus
