Title: PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS SPECIALIST 3 Location: AZ-Fort Huachuca
Duties and Responsibilities: Helpdesk Telephone Support Technician will be responsible for transitioning the Army from their current Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS) to Key Management Infrastructure (KMI). Will also provide support for the current LCMS workstation until the transition is complete. Will attended training at various contractor sites during initial fielding and testing, then conduct training in-house for legacy support technicians. Need to have good troubleshooting skills and a solid technical background. Good customer service skills a must.
Required Qualifications:
ACTIVE Secret Security clearance. Must be able to obtain Top Secret with SCI. A minimum of CompTia A certification or equivalent. Typically requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience. Additional training will be required to support legacy systems. Desired Qualifications:
COMSEC Account Manager and LCMS workstation experience is highly desired. UNIX and Windows work or Security certification is desirednull
