The Purchased Services Department is part of the Multi-Vendor business of Philips Healthcare. We purchase services from a large number of third party vendors for our Multi-Vendor contracts across the US.

Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a long term contract PO (Creation, Renewal, Cancellation, Approvals)

Work closely with the field organization to ensure that the appropriate equipment has long term coverage.

Complete billing for several large vendor accounts and work with AP for processing.

Manage all AP discrepancies for your assigned areas of responsibility.

Your Profile:
AS Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
. 1 to 2 years experience in finance or related function
. SAP experience preferred
. Intermediate skills with PC tools (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Outlook, etc.)
. Advanced analytical and conceptual skills
. Advanced communication, interpersonal, training, and presentation skills.
. Ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the corporation.
. Established work with contracts and/or purchasing
. Ability to establish task priorities, work independently, and identify and accomplish objectives with limited supervision.
. Ability to work well within team based environment.
. Ability to assist in training of new or less experienced team members.
. Exhibit excellence in all aspects of work performed.
. Possess strong work ethic.
. Requires intermediate typing and 10 key speed and accuracy.
. Be on time, courteous, and professional.
