Job Description QA Engineer We are currently looking for a QA Engineer! Due to the drive to increase the level of testing for Go Daddy applications, Go Daddy is growing our Quality Assurance Team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong drive for quality and completeness, then we want to see your resume. We are looking for a well rounded engineer with a solid foundation in quality assurance and software development. What does the job entail? • Software test engineer assigned to software development projects utilizing both open source and .Net development platforms. • Specifically, provide all functional and technical testing of software programs and systems. • Construct and utilize test plans to effectively test changes (including regression testing and coordination of interfaces) and analyze results as compared to business requirements. • Design and develop automated test scripts for functional and regression testing, including development of test clients for verification of middleware components and web services. • Design and build automated tools for verification of large-scale data migration projects. • Monitor testing progress and problem resolution/prioritization. • Facilitate communication between business and technical staff to ensure effective and efficient implementation.
