Kelly IT Resources has an immediate need for a 10 month contract Software Quality Assurance Tester position located in Beaverton, OR for a local sportswear manufacturer. This is a Quality Assurance Analyst with profound testing experience on enterprise web applications.
Job Description: This position is for a quality control and assurance analyst with good working experience in an agile software development environment. Candidate should have testing experience of an enterprise web application, which includes manual, functional, regression, integration testing. The primary goal is to contribute in QA activities towards successful completion of stories in an iteration/sprint. This position is for a person with strong analytical background related to system architecture, strong communication and collaborative skills required for Agile Software development methodology. Testing on user stores will need to collaborate with multiple technical and business analysts teams to identify and categorize the issues in the software under development
Requirements:
Should have very good experience as a performance tester, predominately performance testing a enterpriser web application.
Should be able to define process and strategy for performance testing.
Good Hands on experience is required in using HP Load Runner, Grinder or any other performance testing tool.
Performance testing tool hands-on working knowledge is a must.
Ability to create test plan, test scenarios and test cases by working with business analysts.
Candidates with strong analytical skills for quality control of enterprise web application is an additional requirement.
Additional requirements Ability to read/write Java code in support of test automation. Years of experience: 5+
