QualityAssuranceSpecialist I Company: Kratos Job Family: N/A Location: Dayton, OH Status: Full Time Job Description The QAS I position is assigned to the Operations and Support team for the Global Combat Support Systems Data Services (GCSS DS) organization embedded in AFMC Headquarters, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. The overarching purpose of the governing GCSS-AF contract is to provide total systems integration services and products to modernize standard AISs into integrated systems that are responsive to Air Force needs during wartime and peacetime.
The Operations and Support team?s primary focus for GCSS DS is to ensure that capabilities are ready to be implemented in the production environment as well as meet the associated production service levels for availability, performance, and issue resolution. This effort is to support and deploy GCSS-AF Infrastructure Services and Mission Applications targeting the GCSS-AF Environment.
The QAS I position is subcontracted to Kratos Defense through prime contractor, Lockheed-Martin, Inc. , and is principally focused on providing Help Desk support services. Qualifications ? Possess a Secret clearance ? Demonstrate experience using Remedy ? Demonstrate experience supporting a production operation environment ? Indicate experience providing help desk support on an enterprise level
Required Tasks: ? Provide Level 2 and Level 3 help desk support for trouble reporting and issue resolution in support of Infrastructure Services and Mission Applications. ?
