The QA Specialist is responsible for testing Equitrac?s core document accounting solutions and products. He or she develops test documentation, analyzes and troubleshoots issues, documents testing activities, and participates in QA lab maintenance. Essential Job Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute tests against lyze and report on product test resultsReview product documentation and collateral as ate and maintain test documentation such as test plans and test ere to company software testing and reporting ify ongoing product accuracy and functionality. Interact with team members and other groups to troubleshoot and resolve quality defects and ntify and clearly document errors and inconsistencies in the functionality, usability, and performance of the municate product and process information to other members of the QA team and the organization as form QA equipment/lab maintenance tasks as assigned. Critical Success Factors:Able to produce high quality test documentation including test records, test plans, and defect onstrates a high degree of productivity and skill in testing, troubleshooting, and problem e to communicate information efficiently and e to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently with little direct e to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, particularly with members of cross functional project onstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a positive e to accept responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them on schedule. Requirements Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering; or Two years of structured software testing experience. Applied knowledge of network environments. Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytic skills. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong time management skills.
