Our award-winning Connect platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed to allow users to quickly and easily record, send, and track targeted, time-sensitive voice and text notifications to entire communities in minutes— without having to invest in or maintain additional hardware, software, or phone lines.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a team player with strong QA experience to work closely with the QA team members as well as Software Engineering, Database Administration, Client Integration, and Client Care teams. Some travel may be required.
Specifically we are interested in a Software Tester for our Quality Assurance Team. The right candidate will participate in test planning and create and execute test cases in accordance with specifications. S/he will also perform integration, functional, system, and regression tests to ensure that product meets specification.
S/he will perform tests on a variety of mobile devices and emulators. They will need to develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for API testing, in addition to extracting, modifying and validating data using SQL. S/he will report issues thru the company bug tracking system (TFS) and validate fixes.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* A minimum of 3 years strong Quality Assurance and software testing experience
* Strong iPhone and Android testing experience
* Strong web-based incident/bug reporting & tracking experience
* Test case creation
* API testing
* Test script creation
* Regression, functional and system test
* Software QC process
* Test Planning
* MS SQL Server 2008
* Good verbal/written English communication skills
* Experience testing internet based applications
* Windows XP, 7; MAC OS X
* FireFox 8.0-9.0, IE 8.0-9.0, Safari, Chrome
* Ability to work in a fast-pace, ever changing environment
* Good teamwork skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* College degree preferred
