Quality Systems Specialist 3
Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability. Reviews and monitors suppliers. Ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval. Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management. Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. Works under general direction. Must have experience with Boeing E-6B modification programs. Have a working knowledge of NCR processes and experience with RCA/CAPA.

Technical• Analysis and Corrective Action
Complete knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to reduce scrap, minimize rework, reduce cost and improve quality to meet all requirements. Develops, reviews and approves product definition data including emergent design changes.

Complete knowledge of drawing/data systems (e.g., """"used on"""" drawings, part relationships, product data management) and configuration management principles and processes (e.g., part number control, revision level, naming conventions, product identification numbering systems).
• Customer/Supplier Knowledge
Complete knowledge of customer's/supplier's organization, processes, policies and procedures, products, requirements, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, constraints, etc.
• Quality Systems/Standards
Complete knowledge of the quality system (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS91001).

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
