Essential Job Functions
* Assist DoDAF Analyst/Designer with the design and construction of DoDAF Architectural views. * Responsible for converting business process content for the ECSS Release 1 DoDAF operational views. Efforts will produce business solution models, technical work products and documentation. * Works with other Solution Development ERP Analysts and Designer personnel to resolve discrepancies to model views. * Support development of other DoDAF views (AV, OV, TV, and SV) as needed and related to business processes. * Adhere to ECSS standards for DoDAF views. * Support quality assurance reviews of work products and deliverables. * Collaborates with appropriate individuals, functional groups and project management related to developing, maintaining, reporting and sharing business processes, DoDAF models, and related information * Complete assigned tasks on schedule * Comply with all applicable policies and procedures * Communicate effectively with Management and ECSS Teams * Support CSC Professional Community as applicable * Identify / escalate issues that impact project solutions, scope, budget, etc. * Provide functional / technical support as required * Expected end date of March 2011Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science or related field preferred * Zero or more years of product design and support experience * Experience working with software design, development methodologies and implementation * Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software * Experience working with application design and development processes, including specification, documentation and quality assurance General Service Adminstration Requirements (GSA's) * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. This position is for recent college graduates and requires no experience. * With an Associate's Degree: one year general experience of which at least six months must be specialized experience is required. * With two years general experience of which at least one year must be specialized experience, a degree is not required.
Primary Qualifications * US Citizen, as contract requires * Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check * Must have the ability to coordinate task across multiple teams and/or organizations * Must have Oracle knowledge and/or experience with one or more module
Secondary Qualifications * Two (2) or more years organization and time management skills * Two (2) or more years analytical and problem solving skills * Two (2) or more interpersonal, communication and interviewing skills * Two (2) or more years personal computer and business solutions software skills * Two (2) or more years leadership skills * Undergraduate degree concentration in Supply Chain/Logistics or Finance preferred * Ability to work independently or under general direction, and as part of a team
