Key Responsibilities 1. Enhances, maintains and supports the development of existing reports throughout the Software Development Lifecycle according to the IS methodology, department SOPs, team guidelines, best practices and industry standards. 2. Analyzes, designs and develops new reports using BRIO and Oracle Discoverer, including underlying database logic using PL/SQL and SQL. 3. Creates and maintains system documentation according to the IS methodology (proposals, designs, test specifications, and other deliverables as necessary) for new and existing reports. 4. Accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction. 5. Leverages software version control tools and provides software configuration management support. 6. Maintains collaborative working relationship with IS business partners, and software vendors, as needed. 7. Apply relevant coding standards where applicable. Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Track all time in BSC time tracking tool. Complete all internal training requirements on time based on training plan.
