Description: 3 month contract to start August or September. The Requirements Analyst provides business and systems requirements consulting services on projects with our valuable and high profile clients across North America and overseas.
Your background has extensive business and systems experience and might include the positions of: Business Analyst, Independent Consultant, Project Leader, Database Analyst, IT Management, Systems Analyst, either in a systems or business environment. Responsibilities include:
Analyze and producing Business Requirements Documentation, Requests for Proposal, System Requirements Specs, Software Design Documents Write detailed specifications using various models, formats, style and language Document user requirements and specifications during Requirements Discovery Sessions Review, analyze and validate requirements and design documentation Manage Requirements Conducting Peer Reviews and Client Reviews of Specifications.
The successful applicant will have:
10+ years of diverse IT experience, and a strong business background Experience at both a strategic and a detailed level with all levels of business and technical subject matter experts in the elicitation, or modeling, documentation and management, of business and systems requirements Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Requirements Documentation and Management methodologies
