Your Responsibilities: Experience in conducting research using mainly qualitative methodologies to undertand people's daily lives in context, (using qualitative methodologies such as in context observational techniques, user experience journey, focus groups, interivews, etc.) and translating it to design and business input. The scope of the research focuses on understanding people's and relevant stakeholder's behavior, needs, attitudes and values related to specific cultural and contextual dimensions. You will: . Conduct people research studying people in different context to support client innovation projects or research themes relevant for the Philips Business . Liaise with international experts from relevant fields of expertise . Translate research to inspirational deliveralbe to support the creation of human-focused business and design solutions . Liasise with clients in support of design managers (DMs) to support the sales process . Translate the research outcomes to a format that is easliy understandable for various stakeholders with Philips Design and Philips . Contribute towards effective knowledge management of people insight and trends data to make understandable for non research parties. Your Profile: . Bachelors degree . Experience in traslating research results into input and recommendations to support business decision making and creative research and design . Excellent oral and written communications skills . Strong interpersonal skill . Creative out of the box thinking . Able to lead, motivate, inspire and mentor others through ideas, knowledge and new approches .
