Job Descriptions:
*HOT JOB* Kratos-DES is hiring for a ROC/POE Analyst with active duty Navy experience. The ROC/POE Analyst will compile, maintain, and incorporate ship class/unit capability and environment data and/or change data into a ROC/POE instruction as well as monitor and track progress throughout review process. Maintain ROC/POE database. Liaison with Fleet, NAVMAC, SYSCOMs and program offices to identify and resolve issues that arise during review. ROC/POE briefing materials for Flag level presentations. Attend quarterly ROC/POE Working Group. Maintain archives of all existing ROC/POE instructions drafts and supporting documentation. Also perform duties as section admin assistant. No relocation assistance is provided with this position. Required Experience:
Minimum Qualifications: * Currently active SECRET level security clearance or the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance upon hire is required; Current SECRET clearance is preferred * High school diploma (or higher) is required * Active duty Navy experience (SWO, Chief, Master Chief or a Yeomen) is required * Working knowledge of Department of the Navy, Navy Correspondence, Directive issuance, shipboard organization and Microsoft Office Suite is required * ROC/POE knowledge is strongly preferred Keyword: Navy, ROC/POE, Shipboard Organization, SWO, Yeomen, Chief, Master Chief From: Kratos Defense
