Cisco seeks an IT Analyst to work with teams in identifying key business needs and making recommendations for addressing them. Software as a Service and cloud services in general represent huge opportunity for Cisco. This is a solution analyst position responsible for go-to-market engagement and offer management analysis.
Responsibilities include SAAS solution analysis and IT platform capability creation, operational processes for SaaS offer creation, subscription ordering and commerce, rating, billing, invoicing, revenue and financial management.
The analyst forges a critical link to the assigned organization, becoming the integral IT voice on the team that defines the evolutionary technologies that align with the group's strategy roadmap. In addition, the analyst serves as the communications bridge between the client organization and IT, working with architects to translate business needs into best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate is savvy and articulate, possessing the desired blend of process expertise and broad perspective that facilitate balancing individual business needs with overall company objectives.
