Your Responsibilities: . Provide high performance sales support to the DECG sales channel in the APAC region . Be the go to person for the DECG portfolio including Cardiographs, Software, Holter and StressVue devices . Execute sales development programs . Offer sales training to the sales channel; work on NPI events . Execute marketing plans for the region . Work on the trade shows, congresses and other public events driving the Philips DECT solutions into the market . Identify and develop reference sites for DECG solutions . Develop and maintain high-level contacts with key opinion leaders in the addressed markets. Having them cultivated and work as a full reference for Philips Healthcare in the region . Developing an In-depth knowledge of market/ sales/ products, customer applications and competitors . Identify marketing activities in the region. Develop and implement in close relationship with the DECG MD . Monitor customer satisfaction level where possible (key sites, unique installations, reference sites) . Work closely with the Cardiology Informatics team in APAC and identify sales synergies and sales opportunities . Work with the DECG MD position to identify for the region - product requirements for the APAC market with focus on specific high growth regions - competitive pricing - potential sales development programs - competition and develop strategy being ahead of them - geographical trends and emerging technologies (demographics, growth rate, market opportunities, etc.) - Strategic partnerships, OEMS, possible acquisitions
Your Profile: . Degree in Marketing/Sales, IT or Clinical . Posses sales or clinical experience in cardiology . Knowledge of indirect channel and its requirements . Strong sales focus, performance driven and business focus . Customer focus and service-oriented and a team player . Enthusiastic and motivated . Willingness to travel, prepare to travel for approximately 50-60% of the time . Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus . Strong communication and presentation skills . Good understanding of the clinical environment . Several years of working experience in sales or sales development . Experience in working in international environment or with international teams . Knowledge of IT solutions/ integration inside the hospital, hospital workflow, preferably around cardiology
