This includes interfacing with the Director of NA Telesales and management team, sales representatives, as well as the Compensation Team within Sales Strategy and Planning. The primary areas of responsibility include:
* Responsible for 1sttier support and research of inquiries from sales floor regarding merchant transaction status and impact on commission credit.
This includes determining current status of merchant acquired by the telesales team by conducting research in terra data warehouse using Micro strategy. These findings will then be applied to the telesales commission rules to determine if additional follow up is needed with Compensation Team.
* Responsible for reporting and real time analytics of sales results and performance metrics. This includes, but is not limited to preparation of:
* Daily call volume reports
* 212 reports (e.g. team performance reports)
* Commission credit summaries
Job Requirements
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required. Pivot table expertise is a must
* Knowledge of PayPal products and back end infrastructure (e.g. flow families, teradata warehouse) preferred.

* Maturity to work with confidential data which impacts sales rep commissions
