Position Title SALES SPECIALIST- EPS
Position Description The EPS Specialist for Commercial and In-Plant Accounts is responsible for maximizing Kodak's B to B portfolio in the Commercial Print and In-Plant including increasing market share, profitability efficiency and customer satisfaction within a defined group of key existing and prospective vertical accounts. The EPS Specialist will maintain customer relationships and technical fulfillment of product solutions by executing strategies for growth, customer retention, competitive displacement and customer satisfaction within the account. The EPS Specialist will partner with the members of the district teams located in the Southeast Region to maintain and grow market share within their assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and Grow B to B Volume and Margins. Ensure business rate for B to B products is maximized. Establish multi-level relationships with customers and meet regularly to reinforce B to B relationship with the customer. Identify and convert sales opportunities into incremental business. Manage and drive a profitable book of business. Identify opportunities for growth through increased account penetration of existing and new product offerings or competitive displacement. Provide accurate forecasts/pipeline tracking within the GCG sales process. Coordinate internal resources and external contacts (dealers, strategic partners and others) to add value within accounts and drive new business. Understand and communicate B to B general product portfolio, product performance and provide feedback to customers on competitive offerings. Portfolio includes Kodak's Electrophotographic Solutions, including Digimaster and Nexpress.
Create Value for GCG Customers. Target the Director Level and Department Heads within assigned accounts. Invest sufficient time to develop a deep understanding of the customer's business strategy and critical business issues. Create unique value for prospective customers by seeking to understand their business problems, issues, and opportunities in new or different ways. Link solutions and GCG resources to identified customer needs and differentiate GCG solutions from competing alternatives. Deliver a winning value proposition using customer metrics rather than product features. Develop and deliver sales solutions and customer presentations that result in increased sales by consistently and effectively reinforcing the Company's value proposition and brand identity in refreshing, distinctive, and compelling ways. Optimize sales effectiveness with and through SAM team, as well as, local sales and support resources (SSM's, Application Specialists, etc.) to ensure complete customer satisfaction from presales through post sales.


Minimum Qualifications:


* A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience


* Highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of account management and sales of graphics arts equipment.


* Experience selling digital printing capital equipment, and associated services


* Demonstrated success in account management and technical support.


* This position requires a willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.


* Demonstrated success selling into the Commercial and In-Plant sectors.


* Demonstrated executive level and solution selling skills
