With headquarters in Pointe-Claire and 14 branches throughout Quebec, Hewitt sells, rents and services the full line of Caterpillar products under five large divisions: Heavy Equipment, Material Handling, Energy, Truck and Agricultural Equipment. We two avalaible positions : CRM and SD DUTIES Collaborate with the business process owners, business analysts and subject matter experts to understand business needs; Evaluate how to meet business needs through the best practices and options available in SAP while considering the overall SAP solution and integration aspects; Define the solution architecture, design and manage small to medium sized projects; Configure the SAP system, guide the SAP developers as required and test the solution. Participate in the delivery of the business solution and benefits review. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Information Systems (or equivalent), functional accreditation (or equivalent) and SAP accreditation. A minimum of 7 years experience in Information systems (or in an equivalent business function). Successful SAP application implementation experience is required. Experience in a leadership role with demonstrated capability to work in a team. Motivator and results-oriented; Demonstrate leadership and ownership. Bilingual (spoken and written).
