Responsibilities :
Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual with knowledge and experience with SAP CRM Sales Module to become a valued member of our team as a SAP CRM Sales Business Analyst located in our Exton, PA headquarters. The CRM analyst will participate in SAP CRM systems implementation and support including: configuration, testing, documentation, and user support for CRM Sales force automation. The selected individual will work closely with the Bentley Sales business users, and Bentley Enterprise Application team and will be tasked with the following: * SAP CRM system configuration * Meeting with business users and management to determine requirements and performing analysis of business goals, objectives and needs for internal and external sales forces * Recommending system improvements to streamline and improve productivity for Bentley sales force SAP users * Blueprinting, designing and implementing business processes following SAP Best Practices in order to configure and maintain SAP CRM * Communicating with developers and technical support specialists on SAP product issues.
Qualifications :
• 5 years or more professional experience with SAP CRM technology • Experience with CRM 2007 and above preferred • Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience preferred • Experience with SAP CRM Sales functionality including Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Account and Contact Management, Activity Management, Territory Management • Experience with Pipeline Performance Management and Partner Channel Management preferred • SAP CRM configuration experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • An understanding of Sales business concepts • Strong analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work cross-functionally with varying levels of management • Strong interest in software and technology
