Your Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert in SAP S&D- Logistics Functional Consultant Incidents/problems resolution within the agreed SLA Participate and contribute in the problem management process Work on development fix, Change Request, New releases and Projects Interact with the end users wherever required Should be able to guide team in CRM Middleware area Training and mentoring of new team members Need to fulfill SLA's
Your Profile: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience An engineering graduate / PG in any discipline from a reputed institute Experience in project management with SAP implementation projects and support organizations in Sales & Distribution module. Good experience in the area of ATP, Product Allocation, Packaging, Delivery (Decentralized WMS), Shipments and Transportation. Expected strong knowledge in SD-PP, SD-MM integration. Exposure in ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC, BAPI, applying user exits, SAP Scripts or Smart Forms etc. Process analysis, design and deployment experience.
