Job Description:
The person in the role will be responsible for providing SAP 2ndlevel support for German customer in SAP MM area
Main responsibilities: * To identify and solve problems and incidents in SAP MM area * To work on small changes (change requests) * To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs * To minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment * To improve and optimize customer's application environment * To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction * ABAP knowledge is welcome ( bug fixing, debugging)
* University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economy or equivalent experience * Knowledge of business processes covered by SAP application * Experience with the work in the SAP application support team * ITIL knowledge * Fluent English and German language * Excellent analytical problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills * Service oriented behavior and communication * Extensive SAP MM knowledge in order to cover following customer business processes: * External procurement / Master Data / Quota Arrangement / MRP Area / Material Number Used by Vendor * Scheduling Agreement / Delivery Schedule / KANBAN External procurement with quantity signal * EDI Communication (Shipping notification / Delivery Schedule) Vendor portal * IDoc for internal posting (Purchase order from other company code Confirmations Inbound delivery) via PI * Mobile Transactions * Container Management / Relocation / Loan * QM Skills:Incoming inspection, Material claim (non-Standard), Preparation for planned tests * WM Skills:15 Stock locations per KANBAN; SAP standard; Mobil transactionsJob: Services
