Your Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert in SAP S&D-Order Management Functional Consultant Incidents/problems resolution within the agreed SLA Participate and contribute in the problem management process Work on development fix, Change Request, New releases and Projects Interact with the end users wherever required Should be able to guide team in CRM Middleware area Training and mentoring of new team members Need to fulfill the SLA's
Your Profile: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience An engineering graduate / PG in any discipline from a reputed institute Experience in project management with SAP implementation projects and support organizations in Sales & Distribution module. Experience in Order to Cash, Returns, Consignment, Contracts, Customer Agreements, Correction Request and other Sales Processes. Good knowledge in SD-PP, SD-MM, SD-FI integration. Exposure in ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC, BAPI, applying user exits, SAP Scripts or Smart Forms etc. Process analysis, design and deployment experience.
