SAP PMO Analyst

The SAP PMO Analyst is responsible for providing support to the SAP Project Management Office PMO and the Project Management Lead. Support all aspects of the project over the entire lifecycle (Plan, Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Close).Work with the project team to develop a project plan and keep it updated. Report on performance metrics to assist team in achieving its strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with road map and business case. Work with project management team to track status and keep related documents current. Work with Project Manager to develop required processes and templates along with establishing document control procedures. Maintain onboard/off boarding procedures and assist with the related tasks. Create and maintain project team lists, schedule team meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in organizing team building activities. Ensure accuracy and quality of all work and ensure the project is operating in compliance with established policies. Provide overall project support to the SAP team members. Maintain document library & ensure organized structure is in place. Work with teams to document ""future state"" process maps. Provide mentoring in using collaboration tools to project team management. Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to ensure the project plan is followed and make recommendations when variation is required. Provide weekly reporting of analysis, key activities, and action registers. Establish and set standard process playbooks. Work with teams to update. Provide updates and reports to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Scienceor Information Systems
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Process or project management support experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP)
• Analyticaland detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality of work, professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Project coordination or administrative project management specialist functions
• Understanding of ASAP development lifecycle, methodologies and concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP applications technology and data architecture
• Experience and understanding of the use of SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience and understanding of SOX controls relevant to the Finance processes
• Knowledge of developing project plans & maintaining
• Knowledge of collaboration tools
• SharePoint experience would be helpful
