SAP Security Analyst

As a member of the SAP Security Team, you will be responsible for supporting the IT teams Strategic goals while ensuring the security of the SAP system. Utilizing a risk based approach to evaluate potential problems or issues and then recommend and implement solutions to reduce the risk. Program management through the Passport Process and monthly status reporting are also required to ensure SAP Security activities remain on schedule and are appropriately documented for management and audit purposes.
Refine and document SAP Security standard work, ensure it is being consistently followed, and assist in the workflow and timely resolution of requests for the SAP Security team.
Ensure customer support levels of satisfaction are measured and maintained. Track Helpdesk ticket turn-around-times for SAP Security access requests. Troubleshooting and problem resolution, as well as answering customer requests/concerns about system access, are required on a daily basis. Identification of the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and swift development of action items to address customer concerns is required.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant UTC IT Policies, with an emphasis on Access control and special privileges. Provide requested information for all internal, external and government audits in the area of SAP Security. Also required to respond to SAP Security audit issues and manage any open items to closure.
Ensure the overall design and maintenance of SAP Security Roles for end users is in accordance with the Pratt & Whitney Computer Systems Life Cycle (CSLC). Responsible for ensuring the documentation of changes to user roles and profiles and end user access. Ensure that all SAP user access has proper segregation of duties and Pratt & Whitney maintains compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Guidelines. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of this access is also a requirement.
An in-depth knowledge of SAP transactions, system traces, and authorization concept.

Minimum of 5 years experience providing SAP security or SAP application support. Experience with SAP version ECC 6.0, or later is preferred, as well as a working knowledge of Business Warehouse and the GSM Request System. Experience with Security Weaver's Separations Enforcer & Emergency Repair.
