Job Description:
The SAP Sr. Business Systems Analyst must possess strong Business Analysis skills and knowledge or experience in Healthcare.
Candidate will take the lead role in facilitating and documenting requirements. Must be proficient in developing a detailed functional design based the Business Requirements.
Candidate will take lead role in all phases of the software development life cycle from project planning, requirements definition, coordinating with Tech Design, testing, user acceptance, and post-production support.
Candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen and be able to effectively drive solutions spanning multiple applications, departments, and business processes.
The selected SAP Sr. Business Systems Analyst must have good oral and written communication skills. Requires presentation skills, planning, organizing, problem-solving and initiative.
Primary Skills:
REQUIRED MINIMUM SKILLS
- SAP – Methods and Tools – Specifically Solution Manager Application – A minimum of 2-4 year’s work related experience
- Project Management – A minimum of 2-4 year’s work related experience
Education:
The desired SAP Sr. Business Systems Analyst will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent in education and work experience. Project management Certification - a plus.
