Description: Phacil has an anticipated need for a SAS Programmer to support an important government customer in Arlington, VA. Clearance Requirements Must be able to obtain agency clearance Scope This position provides both the Business Intelligence (BI) Tool and web-based infrastructure for data analytics, report flexibility and consistency along with other performance metrics to provide integrated information sets that are used by internal and external clientele. Position consists of the upgrading of the current SAS environment to the most up-to-date version that offer maximum use of SAS Suite of tools. Will convert web-based reports into a new environment and facilitate the transfer of information into a parallel system. Will transition into a web portal with a SAS infrastructure that enables flexible access to statistical data and stadard reports provided in a user friendly format. Interface with standard SAS and other application software to exchange data with a number of system and Internet sites for both input and retrieval of data for reporting functions. Provides data security with multiple levels of access for users. Ensures the security and privacy of the information collected and stored and implements a disaster management plan. Qualifications
