Builds effective teams through coaching, mentoring and career planning. Develops cross-functional partnerships. Supports and upholds the integrity of ongoing methodology and approach for new systems.

Key Accountabilities:
Manager of enterprise deploy is responsible for the day to day operations and strategic planning for SCCM, ClearCase, Anthill Pro, IBM Websphere, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and operating system build-design for all Window systems. Responsible for managing team consisting of 12 analysts including performance reviews, coaching, priority setting and day to day direction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enterprise security patching for all Microsoft monthly updates to servers and workstations
Strategic planning and implementation for server and workstation build infrastructures
Application packaging and deployment
Audit and compliance related to areas of responsibility
Infrastructure support for Sharepoint 2010
Partnering with business units to ensure timely and accurate deployment for enterprise applications
Change management for areas of responsibilities
Responsible for metrics, statistics and reporting for areas of responsibility
Ensuring systems stability including change, problem/RCA and incident management
Manage and develop the team, including hiring, goal setting, performance management, coaching, projects and training
Work with team members to develop career paths and opportunities within the organization.
Builds effective teams through coaching, mentoring and career planning
Understand and resolve issues and remove impediments that impact a team member's ability to perform to his/her optimal best
Foster growth and skill acquisition/development for his/her team
Serve as final decision maker for technical issues and the point person for escalations
Manage the resources necessary to support and execute all phases of multiple project life cycles
Uses a broad knowledge of the business and technical system applications to ensure the integrity, stability and systems
availability to our customer base
Develops cross-functional partnerships
