Product Evaluation
Ensure the Owners Manual matches new printer introduction & product quality meets expectations
Service Contents Review
Ensure the Service Manual meets necessary requirements for tech support in the field
Printer Quality Trend / Data Analysis
Window to Factory / GBM
Service Bulletin / Tech Tip Development
Ability to handle technical phone support to our field techs
Field Service & Training Support
Triage Service Tickets for validly
Ability to write Service Articles
Ability to write scripts for decision tree for Tier1/2 call agents
Add content and maintain On Line SVC CTR Database
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience in electronics/technology
5-8 years of experience servicing with Information Technology products
1-3 years experience in quality monitoring or trend analysis
Data Analysis Capability
Computer proficiency with A/V software and MS Office Programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
General knowledge of IT Service procedures
Ability to travel both nationally and internationally approximately 20%
