Assume primary responsibility for solving customers' technical issues by providing technical expertise, project planning, guidance and instruction on SAP solutions and business processes (System Consultant & Development Consultant).

Analyze customers' technical requirements and systems infrastructure (e.g., system architecture & landscape design) and provide support in the areas of database administration, SAP product instalations, upgrades, SAP administration (e.g., Correction Transport Management, back-up/recovery procedures) change management, performance tuning and overall technical consulting assistance (System Consultant).

Support customers with the development activities including data conversion, interface development, reports development, forms development, enhancements and custom transaction developments,workflow, EDI, i-Docs, etc. (Development Consultant)

Maintain high degree of knowledge/ understanding of SAP technologies, business processes and solutions, keeping current with release levels and industry issues; prepare training materials and instruct technical classes as needed; and coaches/mentors TCs (System Consultant & Development Consultant).
Requires 8+ years professional experience, 2-4+ years of SAP product application/implementation experience; OR 10-15 years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of consulting or systems implementation management experience and 1-2+ years of SAP product application/implementation experience.
Strong skills in ABAP development with special focus in new generation development tools e.g. Web Dynpro for ABAP, BRF Plus, BOPF etc. 5+ years of hands on ABAP development experience in multiple functional areas. Experience in recent releases e.g. ECC 6.0, CRM 7.0, Enhancement Packages for NetWeaver 7.0.
Nice to have: experience in HCM, SCM, EWM and CRM. Candidates should have sufficient functional experience in one or more solution areas to act as techno-functional experts.
