At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact. * The Sr. Application Consultant may work with a team of technical consultants to create a system solution to meet the users' needs. * The Sr. Application Consultant role will deliver the resulting systems, applications, products and services.
Roles and responsibilities may include: * Provide application specific expert input to solution architects and business consultants * Perform feasibility studies / solution reviews / effort estimations * Define / review technical blueprint for projects * Configuration and Customizing * Conduct functional tests and code reviews * Provide technical documentation * Conduct handover activities to Application Operations * Support deployment consultants in LoB end user training on demand * Work in a globally distributed team located in different regions/time zones. * Be a recognized expert for relevant business process and product /solution offerings from SAP IT. * 8+ years of work experience as a Application/Technical Consultant * 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in software projects in the customer environment or similar position in implementation teams for large enterprise solutions. * Experience in SAP CRM 7.0 Implementations * Experience in virtual, globally distributed and multicultural teams. * University degree or equivalent business experience * Subject Matter Expert in SAP CRM 7.0 * Solid experience with ABAP, Web UI, BADI , configuration * Seeks to always design the best solution, with clean design and modular components. * A dependable, self-starter, quick learner and excellent team player. * Outstanding analytical and design skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong ability to manage work in challenging and large scale implementation projects. * Business fluent in English. German is beneficial
