Title: Senior Army Military Analyst - Ft. Shaffer - G8 - LNO Location: USA-Hawaii-Honolulu Other Locations: The position will be in support of the Army Sustainment Command (ASC), as AMC's executing agent for Lead Materiel Integrator (LMI). LMI serves as the Army's single materiel synchronization point and in collaboration with Army Commands (ACOMs), Army Service Component Command (ASCCs), Direct Reporting Units (DRUs), Army National Guard (ARNG), United States Army Reserve (USAR), Life Cycle Management Command (LCMCs), and Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) executes the Army's materiel distribution and redistribution process. Candidate must have experience in coordinating the Unit Set Fielding (USF) of equipment to the installation to which he or she is assigned. Candidate must be able to (1) Integrating activities across all LMI Agencies, serving as the requirements-to-solutions interface within LMI and coordinating with the Army Staff, Army Commands (ACs), ASCCs, DRUs, Senior Leaders, the Joint Staff and other agencies to resource those requirements. (2) Near term and midterm equipping and fielding planning, analysis and adjustments to plans (as required) to transform and reset The Army. The candidate will need experience in execution of Army Transformation plans including modernization, Unit Set Fielding, SBCT Fielding and Modular Force conversion. (3) Be able to serve as the focal points for Army Transformation related matters to include integration and synchronization efforts that support Force Modernization, Modular Force conversion, USF activities and Unit deployments in support of Global War on Terrorism.

Bragg), and WASHINGTON (Ft Lewis)
Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree
Experience/Minimum Training Requirements: Position requires a minimum of twelve (12) years Army experience in force development/force management related military duties or providing professional force development/force management related management/engineering services, six (6) of which must be direct DAHQ (Dept of the Army - Pentagon) G3/5/7 or G8/FD/FDC Staff experience. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently when given only general direction.
