Project:
Our client is entering into a major redesign of its core business processes to be industry standard. As part of this initiative, our existing Oracle e-Business Suite will be fully re-implemented (vanilla) to support the new processes. This project will be transformational with extensive cross functional impacts. Our client's intent is to achieve significant process and transactional efficiencies by undertaking this work.
Day to Day Activities * Reports to the Project Manager - ERP Process & Systems Redesign Project * Elicit, summarize and document detailed requirements related to new systems functionality required * Facilitate sessions to drive out detailed process flows (Level 3) and related procedures for each process * Create the required Level 3 process flows and procedure documentation * Provide planning, training and rollout for the new business processes * Execute a comprehensive Leading Change Plan (focus on key pillars of change) Execute a comprehensive Communication Plan Execute a comprehensive training plan across all functional areas affected by the change * Provide status and reporting to the Project Manager
Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will be required to demonstrate) * Ability to research, summarize, and make recommendations as required * Organized and detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple priorities at once * Experience with Process Redesign & Implementation * Experience working on initiatives with cross functional impacts * Experience with executing change management activities, and multi-faceted communication & training plans in an ERP environment * Benefit to have experience in an Oracle e-Business Suite R12 environment Job Type / Type d'emploi Contract / Contractuel
