Position Details
This is a 6+ month contract for a Business Analyst to work with CTG and our client, a leader in the medical industry, here in Rochester MN. An on-site presence is required. Short Description: Senior Business Analyst to support the corporate member portal upgrade projects
Complete Description: My client's Global Products and Services division is looking for a Senior Business Analysts to work on the corporate member portal upgrade projects. The projects include upgrades to the current framework/navigation/design as well as new program features, member appointment self-scheduling, community features, client reporting upgrade and new data layer platform. The position will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and prioritizing business requirements in an Agile team setting. Additional responsibilities include managing the project scope, facilitating requirements sessions, testing/communicating changes needed to development staff.
Required Skills
5+ yrs of direct Business Analyst experience in the healthcare industry
BS in Computer Science, MIS, or business
Experience with RUP and Agile development methodologies
Experience writing functional specs, use cases/user stories, and DFDs
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with web application development
Complete understanding of SDLC
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Visio
