Job specifics/responsibilities:
· Conceptualizes, designs, develops, integrates, deploys and maintains the data layer and data components by applying specialized knowledge of information, data and database management disciplines to provide world-class solutions for our clients. · Act as Primary contact for all reporting requests, including but not limited to: Client reporting, Internal analysis, Agent scorecards and bespoke reporting · Is go to person for all SOW reporting requirements · Resolves reporting issues and tracks business management ticket system · Leads invoicing, forecasting and business modeling · Predicts and makes suggestions to the business based on knowledge of key systems and data
Experience:Typically has up to 5 year's related work experience and/or related degree
Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of Excel (ability to develop advanced reports including expert knowledge at pivot table level and ability to program macros in Microsoft Visual Basic) · Knowledge of SQL (ability to maintain a SQL (2005 or higher) database); ability to code complex views with connections to multiple dbs. Requires good understanding of Integration Services and ability to reverse engineer .dtsx packages · Microsoft Query: Must be able to integrate knowledge of SQL and Excel using Microsoft Query · Ability to identify trends in data and should understand rules of sigma, statistical significance and confidence interval.
