Your role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and innovative Senior Business Systems Analyst. This position is responsible for analyzing, developing, and reconciling data to create reports to help track trends and report data analysis as necessary. The successful incumbent will demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills maximizing appropriate technologies to provide the data to all levels of the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist management in developing business models to analyze and reconcile business data;
Assist the business to ensure data integrity and standards in all Business System Applications;
Assist the Manager of Business Analyst, IT Director and business in the implementation of new business systems;
Analyze business requirements, develop custom and standard reports to meet management and staff requirements;
Analyze and understand business processes to participate in the involvement of implementation of best-practices for all business units;
Liaison between developers and business to ensure new development specifications properly represent the task objective;
Monitor and maintain SOX Complaint Technical Documentation;
Provide Application Support to end users, trouble shoot and resolve issues in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction at the user level;
Other responsibilities are required.
Your profile:
* Four plus years? experience; * Practical knowledge and experience using JD Edwards Enterprise One; * Experience with warehouse processes and data collection (dcLink) a plus; * Strong analytical, problem solving, and reconciliation skills; * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ; * Proven ability to train and document work appropriately; * Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and ability to handle multiple priorities. * You must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests (for some positions), criminal background investigation, references verification and pre-employment drug-screening. * Domtar is an equal opportunity employer.
