Come join Intuit as part of the Sales team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. Your Opportunity at Intuit: Analysis of the usage of business systems in the Channel Sales department to identify issues for remediation, opportunities for system and process enhancements that will enable the sales department to better meet their goals. Partnering with business unit and IT resources to ensure we leverage available systems to the best of our capabilities, identify gaps in existing systems or needs for new systems. This includes mapping system flows and tieing it to availability of system data in relevant data warehouses and reporting tools. Your Talents: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field * Advanced knowledge of CRM, call management and other sales related systems. * Experience utilizing technology to complete business processes * Basic understanding of business process redesign principles, tools and techniques * Basic understanding of systems development lifecycles and systems integration projects * Working knowledge for defining business requirements
