Position Description
The position job responsibilities include:

. Analyze and Design of application configuration impacts and updates

. Coordinate estimated level of effort, business requirements, and functional specifications for minor enhancements

. Manage and formalize application design and testing deliverables

. Ensure timely turnaround and sign-off for required application deliverables, including estimated level of effort, business requirements, functional specifications, and testing efforts

. Coordinate data correction activities between the AMS (Application Managed Service) provider and the Business

. Participate in planning and scheduling activities for application fixes / updates

. Support global coordination of release management planning and scheduling activities

. Manage the governance of the system development cycle ensuring entry and exit criteria are met and agreed to

. Manage User Acceptance Testing activities partnering with the AMS provider and Business owners

. Participate in Help Desk Support escalations for trouble shoot & resolve related activities
. Determine ticket severity as necessary with the AMS provider

. Serve as coordination point for the AMS provider working with ticket initiators and 3rd party administrators

. Participate in projects, working tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Strong systems business analyst expertise with a minimum 5 years of experience analyzing and solving business problems through the development and implementation of business applications

5 or more years of application implementation experience working with global HR/Payroll applications, including PeopleSoft version 9.0 (HCM and/or EPM), Huntington Time Systems, Cognos, and Global Data Warehouse

. Experience working in a Helpdesk environment managing project support tickets using

. Strong analytical and coordination skills

. Assist in fulfilling SOX and other regulatory compliance policies

. Experience working with offshore vendors across multiple phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC) in a production support environment

. Knowledge of system and technology alternatives

. Experience working with SaaS and Cloud technologies, including Workday, , PeopleFluent, Cornerstone, and Huntington Time Systems

. Strong communication skills, written and oral, expert use of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Project

. Relationship management skills
