Senior Business Systems Analyst Req ID 1437 Location HsinChu, Taiwan Department Information Technology Description Job Description & Responsibilities: The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining the business application programs and systems that enable the company's business processes. Must have experience in one or more of the Oracle 11i modules (Finance & Costing, Inventory & OSFM). Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. Provides consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. The Analyst will have strong experience in designing and developing technical solutions for Oracle Applications including conversions, extensions and interfaces. This resource will possess a deep understanding of the Application technical architecture, create design specifications, programs, modules, or functions from detailed technical specifications or similar information. Key Competency & Requirements: Oracle Development - 11i, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms & Reports Oracle Finance & Oracle Shop Floor Management functional knowledge. Education & Experience Required: A Bachelors degree is a must. 5-10 years of Oracle Application programming and comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Applications functionality in most of the following functional areas: Finance, Costing, Inventory and Shop Floor Management is important.
