We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle e-Business for a client in Irving, TX. This is an immediate need for a 4 month contract to hire opportunity for the right person. You will provide production and project support in the Oracle e-Business Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, and Purchasing modules. Serve as the IT owner of the OM, Pricing, and Shipping modules. Configure and setup the OM, Pricing, and Shipping modules. Review business processes, perform gap analysis, and provide new/improved business functionality. Interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements. Create and review end to end process designs, process flows, functional specs, test scripts, training materials and other related documents for Oracle OM, Shipping, Pricing, and Purchasing modules. Provide OM, Shipping, Pricing, and Purchasing training to users in formal and informal settings. Troubleshoot Oracle forms and workflows as needed. Work with Oracle support/Metalink and users to diagnose and drive resolution of system bugs or problems. Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting as needed. Utilize Oracle's AIM or similar methodologies. Work closely with other technical and functional teams in order to ensure delivery of high quality and timely services. Display energy, initiative, and persistence in solving problems. Produce high quality deliverables in all facets of work. Prioritize workload when faced with multiple/conflicting tasks. Serve as module owner in upgrade and patching projects. Work effectively with a variety of personalities and work styles.
