Job Description: This position requires a strong Sales Force CRM - Services and Support business systems analyst experience. Job responsibilities will include - conduct requirements gathering, analysis, functional design, testing and implementation of all Service and Support related business processes i.e. Case management, Contract Renewals, Asset Management, Product Support features, Support pricing, etc. This role will lead key business initiatives that provide process and automated solutions to align to the corporate initiatives. Role will employ professional concepts and selects efficient and appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques. Role will be Responsible for leading and implementing solutions to complex information systems problem that may directly impact the Company's general business operations. Strong leadership, communication skills and Sales Force CRM (Service Cloud) techno functional experience is a must. Qualifications/Job Responsibilities: Min. BS in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent preferred. * Min. 15 years of experience supporting Services and Support organization. * Must have a strong process knowledge of and experience in the Services and Support organization. * Techno functional knowledge of Sales Force Support and Customer Portal - Service Cloud. * Proven Service Cloud implementation experience is a must. *Strong leadership skills and must have a proven track record of successfully lead projects. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work on assignments independently and in a team setting. * Must be self driven, self managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results.
