Your Opportunity at Intuit: The Consumer Group-IT Business Systems Analyst will be part of the CG-IT Business Intelligence team that drives data solutions for TurboTax, Mint, Quicken and more. Data is a critical area at Intuit and this role will help the Consumer Group unlock insights captured within Intuit's data infrastructure. This is then used to improve leadership decision making, as well as enhance the customer/offering experience.

This role will define and drive solutions to access and report on this information. Working closely with IT and analyst teams, this person will use their strong knowledge of data warehouse design to implement appropriate analytics data models and reporting platforms. The creation of standard reports, query tools, dashboards, and the enablement of self-service capability will also be involved. To achieve this it will require a well rounded individual who can partner with both IT and business teams. The ideal candidate must have a passion for technology, demonstrated business acumen, and the ability to help partners deliver results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Design data warehouse and solution architectures: Utilize a strong knowledge of data warehouse development skills to create solutions that enable optimal analytics capability. Speed and innovation are important, as well as quality and stability. Focus on creating common platforms that meet a broad set of needs and can scale.
. Develop reporting platforms: Deliver reporting platforms, standard reports, dashboards and enable self-service capability to make information easy to access and understand. Drive the roadmap and enhancements of the solution to evolve it into a world class capability.
. Build partnerships and communities: Establish strong partnerships with IT and business leaders/analytics users within CG and across Intuit; creating relationships, engagement models and operating mechanisms to drive optimal execution across functional teams.
. Drive leadership/vision in specific data domain areas: Drive strategic thinking and influence partners with regard to data and business intelligence solutions/processes. Lead teams forward in solving data challenges in new ways leveraging emerging technology solutions and approaches.

Your Talents: Below are some of the key experiences or qualifications that we would ideally like to see in a candidate. Of course candidates with just a subset of these experiences would be actively considered as well.
. Deep mastery of business intelligence/data space - Candidate must have demonstrated expertise in a wide range of data warehouse technologies including reporting/OLAP (Business Objects, etc.), SQL, and data modeling (Oracle, Netezza, etc.). Being able to make assessments and trade-offs on how solutions are implemented is important (Data Warehouse vs. Meta Layer vs. Report). Candidates who understand overall data warehouse architectures and how these work together in an implementation are preferred.
. Proven implementation skills - We expect the ideal candidate to have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end data warehousing implementations.
. Experience in liaison interactions - This role will need to coordinate a broad community and set a vision for data capability. Having a history of delivering cross functional projects is important.
. Bachelors Degree in an appropriate technology or business-related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree is a plus.
